I wanna change schools. My mum says yes, but dad says no. They're still together bla bla. Can I have permission off only one parent to change schools? In AUSTRALIA.

you have to take at least 50% parents permission and from your part 100% assurance that you will be not change your school further.

As long as a parent goes with you to the orientation and signing over the forms, there's nothing anyone can do about it and the school doesn't have to know your Dad doesn't want you to. It could cause tension at home and such though, so be careful. Legally, yes. Morally, maybe not. It depends where your priorities are. Good luck xo
