According to this site the region 2 DVD is available on the 16/2/2009: http://www.cdwow.com.au/High-School-Musical-3-2008/product/view/3878461 Dunno if it's what you're looking for but I hope it helps. Even if it's not the right region it should hopefully come out around then. XD I've never seen a single HSM movie XD.

According to http://www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/804024 the High School Musical 3 DVD will be released on Wednesday, 8th April 2009.
