Yes, if you are confident! You can get a good job & shine in which ever country it may be, if & only if you are competent. Evaluate yourself. See that you're upto the mark.

That depends. Are you still an undergrad? Do you plan to work in Australia just after the undergrad graduation? Do you plan to go on your business study in grad school, such as do a MBA program?... Think about these questions first. Australian undergrad study is just 3 years. Try to get into a top one in Australia (it's much more easier than get into an ivy league university), in that case, you'll be more competitive and have more chance to stay and find a good job. But if you still wanna do MBA, go to US. Australian business schools havent top MBA program. However, you still can finish your undergrad study in Australia first, and then apply to your ideal business school.
