I should have asked this long time ago but its now or never. It all started when school started there was this really hot girl who was in my class. Couple of months later at a school disco (more of a dance) I wanted to ask her to dance with me she did after that i kind of had a crush on her. Eventually some of my friends found out and they said they wouldn't say anything but one day during french i was doing my work and i looked up at the board and saw someone wrote (my name) has a crush on (my crush) but when i saw it the teacher erased it and i saw it half way through class time. More people found out i don't know if my crush found out but then others who knew about is started spreading it around and soon all of middle school (G6-G8, high school is in a different campus) knew of it and eventually she knew. Since then most of the guys were dissing me and telling me to ask her out and i sometimes see her and her friends look at me and sometimes talk about me and i hear through others that she hates me. From last month i dont have a crush on her after i found out she has a bf from her old school in Australia but everyone thinks i still like her. Few days ago i passed a note to her in french saying that i wanted to talk to her in private she accepted. After school finished shecame but she brought some of her friends and then one of her friends told the guys i was gonna ask her out and everyone was telling me to ask her out. Then i was pretty embarrased and i left. People still talk about it. Im not unpopular and those guys are just having a laugh (even i make fun of them). So what should i do? I dont have any problems with asking girls out because i had a lot of girl friends who r also hot. dont have her e-mail but i have her facebook

Escape all the fvcking runt immature brats you go to school with. What you need to do is forget her until the last week of school. Swap email addresses and then ask for her number. Its obvious you need to do things in private because you are surrounded by cock blockers.

If you don't like her anymore, just go up to her (if her friends are with her or not) and get the message clear. "i Don't like you, I know you have a bf, and i respect that," then walk off. And start spreading the word to all your friends that u dont like her. But if you do like her, you have to leave her coz if she has a bf, you dont wanna get involved.

What is a good high school for me to go to?
im from Australia so im used to being hot i like sports and would probably be good enough for the basketball team im smart. the reason i want to go to the usa for high school is because im up a year at school and after i finish high school in australia im young to go to college (university) and i want to got to college in the usa so it would be easier if i went to high school first. i would like to go to a school in a big city and maybe one with many other foreign students and in a safe area because i will be alone.

choose those in california, florida, arizona, new mexico. u must know that in usa - to do medicine or law you will spend an extra four-4-years of study. so be conscious. in uk, aust, nz u dont need that extra 4 yrs. and in uk u can get a degree in 3yrs. www.virtuesproject.com will help u decide and excel too. goodluck

Best thing is to contact the Uni's by e-mail. My Uni has an international department which most will have I reckon. G'day, All universities in Australia will be able to accept your credits from study that you've done in USA college. What you need to do is to submit the application form, certified copy of your course transcript and course syllabus for the subjects that you've done. I suggest you to go to Dept of Education, Science and Technology (http://cricos.dest.gov.au) and IDP Education Australia website (www.idp.edu.au) online database. IDP is an organisation that gives information to international students who wants to continue their study in Australia. The information abt fees & requirements can be found in the university's website. Please make sure that you access the information for internationals students, since some requirements, application form and fees are different than Australians'. Once decided on the uni, fill in the application form and send it together with certified copy of your academic qualification. My understanding of Vet School is that one must take an undergrad of pre-vet courses (bachelor of science) and THEN apply to a vet school. But I've also heard that schools in Australia skip the pre-vet and incorporate it into their vet program. So in all it takes about six years. Is this correct? and are there any other schools like this?

In the US? No. Are you in australia? Their system and the UK one are different from ours (their MD is also different).

In the US, vet is a post-graduate course only. That means that you first get your bachelors degree in any subject, while also taking the vet school pre-req classes. Then you apply to vet school. In many other countries, vet (and medicine, and law) are not post-grad courses. They are undergraduate courses. So in Australia, you major in veterinary science for your bachelors degree. This is true in AU, in the UK, and throughout Europe. However, if you plan do to a professional course overseas, check first to be sure that you can practice in your home country with that overseas degree. Can you practice at all? If you can, do you have to jump through certain hoops first? In addition, depending on what country you're actually from, you may not be allowed entry into a medically-related course in certain overseas countries. For example, most (all?) med schools in the UK will not admit students from the US. They only admit foreign students if the student is coming from a country where the medical education is sub-par. I'm not sure of vet education - that, you'd need to check - but I wanted to raise the issue so you can ask the right questions.

Most Australian veterinary courses are undergrad but they have only limited places - for instance there are only 130 places in NSW of which only 10 are dedicated for overseas students. Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland and WA only have a single vet science (I think all are undergrad). South Australia has a postgrad degree but their intake is only 40 - so the competition is extremely hard especially for international students. In general, 10-20% of places are for international, 30% are for either postgrads coming in or people not straight from school and the rest are for students from school.

Well im 19 i havent started school here yet im thinking about starting next year but im wanting to move out of the country by next year id like to do schooling in australia cause i think that would be a dream come true . Is this impossible and is there anyway i could get some money for school? I live alone and i have no support what so ever from my parents . is there any hope?

I live in australia... I'm assuming you mean University seeing as though you are 19? I think your best bet would be to go on exchange. I am currently in Australia trying to go to America. I am able to get an australian government loan for my uni fees and seeing as though its exchange I pay Australian fees and get any government payments I would usually get here... even though I'm in america. I am sure wherever you are things would sort of be the same on exchange? I think that's the only thing you can consider. As I can't afford to study abroad as the fees involved are rediculous. Exchange is sort of just australian expenses... but overseas (obviously not food, rent though). Australias rent is fairly expensive in some parts but there will always be somewhere to go I'm sure. So there is hope, you just need to act smart and know how to spend your money!! With exchange you have to show less in your bank account then studying abroad, which is good. Don't think you can work while you study though. Speak to any career advisor, they will guide you :)

Are there primary schools in Australia for Performing Arts?
I know there's plenty when it comes to high schools, but what about the younger ones? I know general school work is important but my stepdaughter has several speech, communication & learning difficulties & I can see that she's never going to be a good scholar. She's 7 & probably at the communication & understanding level of about a 3yr-old. But she can play the guitar a little, she can sing (not great with the language though!) she's a really fast runner / great at sport & really exceptional on the drums for her age - absolutely loves the drums! There is no school band at her current school, only the choir & most other schools in our area don't let kids in the band until yr 5 or 6 - She's still in Kindy because she repeated. She has great coordination with her body but not so much with reading, maths, english & all those other things at school. We try to encourage her at school but she just doesn't understand anything, it breaks my heart because she sees all the other kids her age reading & doing the normal academic things for that level & her self esteem is suffering & making it even harder for her to learn. It's gotten to the stage where she HATES school and will cry or make excuses not to go... And she's barely started her school life! Are there schools for young children with a focus on music, sports or other performing arts?
